My Order

Simply, just browse our products, select your favorite items, choose quantity or variations, and click Add to Cart.Once you’re ready, go to your Cart and proceed to Checkout. You can place your order as a guest or by creating an account for faster checkout next time. After confirming your payment and delivery details, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Thanks!

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made immediately. However, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll check the fulfilment status. If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to assist with your request. Pls contact us at info@awwessentials.com

We understand plans can change! If you need to cancel, please reach out to us quickly after placing your order with your order number. Once your order is already packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you may refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for available options.

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number and summary. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your AWW Essentials account.

Your order number will appear on the confirmation page after successful checkout, your email confirmation from AWW Essentials, and your account order history (if you have an account).

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking details from our delivery partner. You can use this link or tracking number to check the real-time delivery status. If you haven’t received a tracking update after a reasonable time, please contact us at info@awwessentials.com for assistance.

Please contact us immediately and send us a photo of the item. We will offer a replacement or a refund.

 

Once you place your order and payment is confirmed, will begin preparing it right away, processing time: usually 1–2 business days before dispatch. We’ll notify you by email once your order has been packed and handed over to our delivery partner. pls note that, during weekends, holidays, or big sale events, processing may take a little longer due to higher order volumes.


Payment

We accept all international payment card brand such as Visa, Master, UPI & UPI QR and MPU local payment card brand, local mobile pay apps, as well as Cash on Delivery. 

Shipping

Delivery times depend on your location: Within Yangon; typically  4-5 business days. Other cities & regions; typically 5–7 business days. Please note, delivery time may vary during weekends, public holidays, or promotional sales periods. We’ll notify you once your order has been shipped, along with your tracking details.

We offer affordable local delivery rates across Myanmar. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. Sometimes, we may offer free shipping promotions, keep an eye on our website or social pages for updates. Thank!

Currently, we offer domestic shipping within Myanmar only. We’re working to expand our reach in the future, stay tuned for updates as we grow!

All orders are handled with care and shipped through our trusted local logistic partners  and other reliable couriers. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Our delivery times are only estimated and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days(excluding weekends and holidays).Our partners deliver right to your doorstep or the address you provide during checkout. Thanks!

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions: Item received is defective or damaged, wrong product or size delivered and item received is different from what you ordered. The contact to our customer support team must be made within 24 Hours after receiving the item. The item must be unused, unwashed, free of any damage or marks and in original packaging with all tags attached. You must provide a photo or video of the product and packaging as proof. Since this issue is caused by a service error, no extra delivery fees will be charged to the customer.

If you need to return for exchange, please email us at info@awwessentials.com Include your order number, reason for return, and photo/video proof. Our team will review your request within 3-5 working days. If approved, we’ll share the return shipping address and instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safety.

Once your return is received and inspected, We’ll notify you by email or message.
