Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping within Myanmar only.
Our delivery service covers all major cities and townships through our trusted logistics partners and other local couriers.

2. Shipping Method and Delivery Time

Orders within Yangon, usually we’ll process on next working day after order confirmation and will arrive to you within 2-3 working days. Other cities, usually we’ll process on next working day after order confirmation, it may take 5-7 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability. Please note: Delivery time may vary during promotions, or public holidays, However, we will do our best.

3. Order Processing
Placed orders will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Issues

If you experience with delayed delivery, wrong or missing item and damaged packaging, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will investigate and coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Incomplete or Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery charges will apply.
