Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us, we are committed to your satisfaction, quality assurance and clear, fair processes. Please read the following policy carefully. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Exchange Only – No Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds (or credit refunds) except in cases where a product is defective or incorrectly delivered. Instead, we offer an exchange of the item for another eligible item under the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

An item may be exchanged if it meets all of the following: The request for exchange is made within 24 Hours of receiving item. The product is unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as delivered. All original packaging remains intact: original tag, price label, shopping bag, dust bag, invoice or receipt must be included. The item is not part of a promotion or discount offer (which are excluded from exchange). The exchange is limited to size, color or item of equal value (or you top-up difference if you select a higher value item).

3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following are not eligible for exchange: Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration or damage from misuse. Items missing original tags, labelling, packaging or invoice. Promotional, discounted or sale items (unless defective). Items for which the exchange request is made after the allowed timeframe or without following required process.

4. Process for Exchange

Contact our Customer Service via Email or contact number, provide order ID, item detail and reason within the allowed timeframe. If your request is approved, package the item securely and send it back to our designated address. The shipping cost for returning the item is the customer’s responsibility, unless the exchange is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item). Once we receive and inspect the returned item and verify it meets the conditions, we will dispatch the replacement item typically within 7-14 business days. If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be asked to pay the difference before dispatch; if the replacement is of lower value, the difference will not be refunded.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items (Our Error)

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or that is different from what you ordered (wrong size, color or item), please notify us within 24 hours and provide photographs where possible. We will at our cost organize collection of the item and send the correct or replacement item without additional charge for shipping. Because this is our error, no shipping fee will be required from the customer for the exchange in such cases.

6. Shipping and Delivery Charges

For standard exchanges (customer-initiated due to size/color/choice), the customer have responsible on the return shipping cost. For exchanges due to our error (defect/wrong item), We will cover return shipping and re-delivery charges.

7. Amendments and Final Decision

AWW Essentials reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time; however, any exchange requests already initiated at the time of change shall follow the policy version in effect at that time. Our decision on eligibility of any exchange request is final.
